The Coade
The Manser Practice were appointed by CLS Holdings to complete the full internal fit out design of a conventional office floor, showcasing typical work spaces, meeting rooms, a waiting area, kitchen and breakout space. This also included a roof terrace and business hub too. The interiors team specified hard-wearing and low-maintenance materials for both the fit out and FF&E. We made use of natural materials, sustainable products wherever possible, a neutral colour palette, internal planting, and playful details to help market The Coade to prospective tenants.

Working closely with Manser, Coexistence helped develop a scheme of durable products, using natural and sustainable materials where possible, with a neutral colour palette, to make the space feel inviting.
The mix of informal breakout spaces with more formal settings desking and meeting room spaces adds depth to this multi-purpose space.
We used a combination of lounge, dining and office furniture to give the space more character from a handful of key suppliers to reduce the shipping impact.
Key products selected include New Order from HAY for the open plan desking area, coupled with the Verus Chair from Herman Miller. The meeting rooms featured tables from VG&P paired with Flex Armchairs by Andreu World. Other areas used the Lilin sofa and Ovata lounge chair from Wendelbo, the Let lounge chair from Fritz Hansen, the Loafer armchairs from &tradition and rugs by Kvadrat.
Our services included furniture consultancy, project management, warehousing, and phased installation.
