Origin Restaurant
Viewport Studio’s brief was to create a warm, comfortable and minimal space. The result is a restaurant with a strong connection to the green spaces of the Royal Park directly outside. The expansive windows frame Kensington Gardens, filling the space with natural light. The chosen furnishings add texture and depth, with a limited material palette pairing warmth and tactility to create a welcoming, calm and tranquil space.

Coexistence worked with the team at Viewport to help build the FF&E specification guaranteeing products would be durable, functional and meet the project’s sustainability and flammability requirements, whilst ensuring furniture was delivered on budget and in time for the restaurant opening.
Products supplied include the Arbour Sofa by Andreas Engesvik and Daniel Rybakken for HAY, AAC 25 and 26 by Hee Welling for HAY, Soft Edge by Iskos Berlin for HAY, Malmo Armchair and Tables by Pedrali, Hula Barstool by Benjamin Hubert for Andreu World and Tab Floor Light by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby for FLOS. Fabrics from Kvadrat, including Divina and Steelcut Trio.
