Holland Green
Black and Milk were the interior designers on this upscale Kensington apartment designed by renowned architect Rem Koolhaas. Nestled near the iconic Design Museum and Holland Park, the apartment boasts stunning 270-degree views of greenery and the city. They have focused on a modern family's needs and a love for art and design, and combined contemporary aesthetics and functionality. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows illuminating the bespoke TV joinery, and providing a bright and spacious feel to the living room which has been furnished with some of Cassina’s iconic pieces.

COEXPERTISE
PROJECT LEAD: RACHEL BULL
The mainly neutral and earthy colour palette has created an understated but elegant home.
Coexistence assisted Black & Milk in sourcing the furniture for this project, including a custom size Sahara Grid rug from Cassina. This was paired with the Utrecht chair in a gold Vescom velvet which makes a bold statement in the living room, alongside the Sengu sofa and Rio table both also from Cassina.
This home has embraced the home-working set up where they opted for a Herman Miller Lino Task chair in one of the bedrooms, and a Vitra EA217 Soft Pad in the study.
