Gin Works
Working with Chapel Down, one of the UK's most exciting drinks companies, Guy Hollaway Architects has transformed an existing building on the edge of Regent’s Canal in King’s Cross to create ‘Gin Works’. This is Chapel Down’s latest experiential venture and includes a micro-distillery at ground level with a cocktail bar and restaurant above.

With a soft launch only eight weeks after taking the brief, time was not on our side. It was essential that we specified products that would not only complement the designer’s vision and budget. We worked closely with the designer’s interiors team to understand their aims and ambitions for each of the spaces. We then called on our relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to quickly source the right pieces and have them in place in time for the all-important launch night.
