Coexistence was brought on board to help with the selection and procurement of furniture by Finnish, Brutalist power house, Vaarnii, who use local craftspeople and factories to produce sophisticated objects from a single natural raw material; Finnish pine.
The 013 Osa outdoor tables & benches adorn the 360 degree panoramic terraces along with Toogood Studio’s 015 Peace lounge chairs creating areas for breakout and restful spaces to enjoy the views out over the city.
Inside, 001 Dining Chairs, stools and barstools compliment the interior’s modern architectural elements. Quantities and products were adjusted slightly to enabled the products to fit tightly into one shipping container, allowing us to be as efficient as possible, in shipping from Finland to Panama
The workspace is also furnished with designs from our friends Massproductions, Humanscale and VG&P. Artwork throughout is by Panama’s most well known contemporary artist Cisco Meral.
LEED is a holistic system that doesn’t simply focus on one building element, such as energy, water or health. Instead, it looks at the big picture, factoring in all critical elements that work together to create the best building possible.
