Commercial Office Project
Bechtolsheim Studio created a warm and enticing 6th Floor, 5,500sq/ft commercial office just off Kensington High Street. The international client, who already occupied another floor within the building, wanted to add this stunning space to their business. The new space covers the width of the building and incorporates two large terraces with incredible views across Kensington, perfect for alfresco meetings and events.

Working closely with the designer, Coexistence helped develop a scheme that referenced the client’s original offices to create a cohesive design language, whilst incorporating a wide range of furniture, adding character and depth.
The 6th floor is a formal office but with a more relaxed style for entertaining. A combination of bespoke, lounge and office furniture, accessories and lighting were selected, to create an interior evocative of warmer climates. The result is a calm and engaging multi-purpose space.
Key products selected include New Order from HAY for the open plan desking area, coupled with the ID Trim chair from Vitra. Other areas featured the Pandarine and Can sofas from HAY, Fogia Embrace Armchair, Artifort Mushroom Chair and Walter Knoll Foster 620 Table.
Our services included furniture consultancy, project management, warehousing, and phased installation. Further designs from manufacturers include Bensen, Bolia, Classicon, Menu, LaPalma and Pols Potten.
