We had a very thought provoking talk in our showroom this week, with Ilse crawford and Mickaël Wiesengrün discussing the inspiration and ideas behind the ‘Wellbeing’ collection for Nanimarquina. Whilst there were ‘big picture’ ideas, there were no specific products in mind at the beginning of the collaboration.

The set criteria of natural, sustainable and local fibres, hand spun, with no bleach and no dyes began a deep investigation process leading to a conscious, human-centric and beautiful collection with products that appeal to the senses, rather than aiming for aesthetic perfection.
